Welcome to Bharat Holidays, By booking or staying at our villas, holiday homes or farm properties, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Booking & Payment Policy

• All bookings must be confirmed with an advance payment.

• Full payment must be completed before check-in unless otherwise agreed.

• Prices may vary depending on season, weekends, and holidays.

• Government taxes will be charged additionally.

2. Check-in & Check-out Policy

• Check-in Time: 01:00 PM

• Check-out Time: 10:00 AM

• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur extra charges.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• No cancellation for Villa & Farm House booking.

• Cancellation policies may vary depending on the booking plan.

• No refunds for no-shows or cancellations.

4. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are expected to:

• Provide valid ID proof at the time of check-in

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene

• Respect property rules and local laws

• Avoid any illegal or immoral activities

Any damage to property or belongings will be charged to the guest.

5. Occupancy Rules

• Only the number of guests mentioned in the booking is allowed.

• Extra guests may be charged or denied entry.

• Unregistered visitors are not permitted without prior approval.

6. Noise & Conduct Policy

• Loud music and parties are restricted after permitted local timing norms.

• Guests must avoid disturbing neighbors or nearby properties.

• Management reserves the right to take action or cancel the booking in case of misconduct.

7. Safety & Security

• Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.

• Bharat Holidays is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage.

• Use of a swimming pool, bonfire, or other facilities is at the guest’s own risk.

8. Pets Policy

• Pets are not allowed.

9. Force Majeure

Bharat Holidays shall not be held responsible for cancellations or disruptions caused by natural disasters, weather conditions, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

10. Liability Disclaimer

• We strive to provide accurate information, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted services.

• Bharat Holidays is not liable for any injury, accident, or loss during the stay.

11. Amendments
